This hybrid design integrates a liquid-cooled cold plate with an array of heat pipes to efficiently capture and transport heat. The cold plate directly absorbs heat from the component, which is then moved by the liquid coolant. The heat pipes provide an additional layer of thermal transfer, ensuring that the system can handle extreme thermal loads with maximum efficiency and reliability.
