Friction Stir Welding (FSW)
Ideal for large-format aluminum cold plates used in EV battery packs and industrial inverters. FSW creates a seamless, solid-state bond without melting the material, resulting in higher strength and zero risk of porosity compared to traditional welding.
Vacuum Brazing
Perfect for complex copper or aluminum water blocks requiring intricate internal geometries. Our vacuum brazing process ensures a clean, flux-free joint with superior thermal conductivity, essential for high-heat flux applications like AI GPU cooling.
Internal Flow Channel Design
Micro-Channel Fins:
High-density skived or machined fins inside the plate significantly increase the surface area. This design minimizes thermal resistance, making it the standard for high-performance computing (HPC) and laser diodes.
Embedded Copper Tube (Press-Fit):
A cost-effective solution where copper tubes are pressed into an aluminum base. This combines the high conductivity of copper with the lightweight properties of aluminum, ideal for power electronics (IGBT).

Every single cold plate undergoes a helium mass spectrometer leak test to detect even the most microscopic leaks (leak rate < 1×10^-9 mbar.l/s).
High-Pressure Testing:
Products are tested at pressures significantly higher than operating conditions (typically > 5 Bar) to ensure structural durability.
Thermal Performance Validation:

What is Liquid Cold Plate?
The water cooling plate, also known as a liquid cooling plate, is a component of a water-cooled heat sink. It is an efficient, low-noise, compact, and highly expandable part that exchanges heat through liquid cooling. A water cooling plate typically consists of a metal base plate and an integrated water cooling system. The metal base plate effectively conducts heat, while the water cooling system absorbs and carries away heat through the flowing water.
Water cooling plates provide superior heat dissipation and are primarily used in high-performance computers and workstations. These devices often require intensive computing and processing power, which in turn necessitate better cooling to ensure their stability.
